Check where and when staff clocked in
Review job check-ins on a map, and read the status column that flags check-ins outside the unit's radius.
Team Management → Job Check-Ins pairs a grid of check-in records with a map. Selecting a row highlights its marker and selecting a marker highlights the row, so you can move between “who” and “where” without losing your place.
Set the range, then apply
The filter bar takes a Date Range and a Staff Members selection. Nothing is refetched while you edit — the grid only updates when you press Apply Filters. Clear All resets the selection.
The date picker will not let you choose a date after today, so a range you clear cannot always be re-entered exactly as it was.
Read the status column
Status is the reason to be on this screen. It has three values:
Valid— the job was completed within a 50-metre radius of the unit.Invalid— the job was completed outside that radius.GPS Issue— the check could not run. The cell links straight to the unit so you can add its coordinates.
Treat GPS Issue as a data problem rather than a staff problem: it usually means the unit has no coordinates recorded, so there was nothing to measure against.
Get to the job
Each row carries the operational detail around the check-in — job type, due date, check-in and check-out times, and the device and platform the app was running on. View Details in the actions column opens the underlying job in a new tab.
Blank times display as an em dash rather than a zero, so a missing check-out is visible at a glance.
An
Invalidstatus is evidence to ask about, not proof of anything. A 50-metre radius is generous in a suburb and tight in a dense block or an underground car park, and phone GPS drifts indoors. Read it alongside the check-in and check-out times before treating it as a discrepancy.
