Set seasonal rates and minimum stays
Build rate plans that change by season, and use minimum stays to protect weekends and holidays.
A rate plan sets what a night costs. Seasons layer on top, overriding the base rate for a date range.
Start from a base rate
Every property needs one base rate that applies whenever no season matches. Without it, dates outside your seasons will not be bookable.
Add a season
Give the season a date range and a nightly price. Overlapping seasons resolve by priority: the one listed highest wins, so put your most specific ranges (public holidays) above the broad ones (summer).
Minimum stays
- A minimum stay stops one-night bookings breaking up a weekend.
- Set it on the season, not the base rate, so it lifts automatically when the season ends.
- Channels enforce this too, but they can take up to an hour to pick up a change.
